School Improvement Process As do all of the Kirkwood schools, Tillman has a school improvement process. The School Improvement Team is charged with the responsibility of writing and monitoring the on-going School Improvement Plan. The team is made up of the principals, teachers, secretary, a central office staff person, a school board member and parents. The team conducts periodic needs assessments and develops plans for improving instruction and programs. The plan includes a rationale, specific objectives, and specified means for evaluation.
The 2010-2011 School Improvement Goals will be developed in the fall of 2010. Copies of the plan will be available in the office. Questions, suggestions, and comments about the process and plan may be directed to the principal, Dr. Chris Raeker.
