Welcome to Mr. Wolfe's ScholarSource

Here's the place, Scholars, where you can find support and resource for your scholarship in your 7th Grade Comm. Arts class. Huzzah!

(click the PLAY button below for a more personal greeting
from Your Beloved Instructor!)

This page is designed and maintained by Mr. Wolfe to be an aid to keeping up with your assignments, your requirements and your materials. It is NOT a substitute for paying attention, writing things down on your own, or creating systems of your own for organization. A lack of listed assignment or update of this page does not release the scholar to assume that she/he is free of obligation to the class. Please check with colleagues, refer to your assignment book, or contact Mr. Wolfe if you feel this page is in error.

Thank you.

The Management

You've got Free Reading to do each month,

so you may as well get books on the cheap!

What great trophies they make!

Find Out How!
Use my one-time activation code: GQHR6
to find our class and order online.
No sending kids with checks, no muss, no fuss!

See your Free Reading sheet for parameters.
Remember a full 600 minutes of reading is your goal,
but the way in which you collect those minutes
and on which material is totally up to you!
Say, do YOU need another Free Reading Sheet?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here's another thought...

One of the things with which scholars sometimes struggle is
keeping track of their time reading. Enter the Bookmark Timer!

Could this be a help to you, scholar?

This nifty device eliminates the guesswork and confusion involved in tracking one's Free Reading minutes. It's as simple as pressing a button when one begins, pressing again when one is finished and closing one's book upon the device as a bookmark to keep your place. This may just be a solution for you, scholar.
You can probably find this locally at book/toy stores,
or click on the image to be directed to its commercial page on Amazon.

Perhaps this is just the kind of thing that will help you track reading time...

(*NOTE* Mr. Wolfe receives no benefit of any kind from your purchase or use of this product,
except to know that you've more peace of mind at the end of the assignment.)

Check it regularly to find the work you abandoned!

Reclaim it and get the credit you deserve.

After all, Mr. Wolfe can't give credit to ghost scholars!

Displeased with your Vocab. Test Score?

Don't sweat it!

Come before or after school, or during contact with a teacher's note and try again.
Be sure complete the
Vocabulary Test Retake Page first!
There's no penalty, and your highest score becomes your score.
Do your ACTUAL BEST the first time 'round, but retake it if you like.
(the only catch is that the 4th word from the past
will ALWAYS be different each time!
)

The enduring task:
