Helping at SciFest
Here are some ways you can help at SciFest:
Supervise project rooms: An additional parent or helper would be appreciated helping Carol superivise project rooms. Supervisors walk between project rooms and just keep an eye on things.
Assist at the photo booth:
Photograph students with their ribbons and medals: a camera is provided for you.
Print and assemble a photo folder: a printer is provided along with photo paper and folders for students to place their photos in.
Awards Desk: Check project names and titles to match with appropriate ribbons and medals awarded.
Our greatest need is at the Awards Desk and the photo booth.
