Reach Classes on Hold During Spring Testing

March 17, 2007
All Reach classes will be on hold for two weeks while first and second grade spring testing is taking place. This testing period, April 7th through April 18th, aligns with Keysor's MAP testing window for third through fifth grades.

Reach classes will resume the week of April 21st.

Reach Plus Pilot Program Added at Keysor

ReachPlus is an extended learning opportunity for exceptionally gifted students in grades 3-5 that was developed to provide for the unique needs of these high ability learners.

This pilot program will be in place for a few qualifying students throughout the remainder of the 2007-08 school year. The program will then be evaluated before official implementation begins.

Winter Conference Time

January 10, 2008
Conferences at Keysor are scheduled for the evenings of Thursday, January 17th and Tuesday, January 22nd.

Reach conferences for fourth and fifth grade students will take place during these two conference days.

For families of other grades wishing to meet, a day or afternoon time can be scheduled. Email haymanm@gw.kirkwood.k12.mo.us or call 213-6100 ext. 2212 to set up a time.


New Reach Report Cards Coming Home

December 19, 2007
This year the Reach report card will be included with the regular classroom report for each semester. The first grading period for Reach class and specials classes ends December 21, 2007. Look for report cards in backpack mail the second week of January.
