The Keysor Counseling Center is a place where children, parents, and staff may come to share emotions, solve problems and/or just chat. Those who enter know that they can share in confidence (except when dangerous acts toward self/others are expressed).
Small groups to address self-esteem, family change, social skills, etc. are offered as needed. Classroom presentations are also part of curriculum offered as needed. Short term counseling is available for students as well. Referrals for more long-term counseling may be obtained from the counselor.
A parent center is available in the Counselor's Office, Room 008. There, a parent may check out materials (books and videos) and brochures are available for the taking. There are several topics of interest available.
One may drop in or call to make an appointment.
