Board of Education Meetings to be held at Kirkwood High School
May 18, June 1, June 15 and July 20
The Kirkwood School District Board of Education will conduct its regularly scheduled meetings for May 18, June 1, June 15 and July 20 in McCallie Lecture Hall at Kirkwood High School, 801 W. Essex Ave.
The meetings begin at 7 p.m. and are open to the public.
School board meetings are generally held in the district’s Administrative Services Center located on the North Kirkwood Middle School campus. A new fire suppression system (sprinklers) will be installed in both these buildings with the ASC work scheduled to begin in late May. These improvements will complete the infrastructure work approved by voters in 2005 with the passage of Proposition I, a lease-hold revenue bond issue that provided funds for building improvements throughout the district.
